and what we don't

A free tool should say where the money comes from. Here there isn't any: the app fits within its host's free tiers, and nothing is sold on.

What we do

  • We host the club's data on its behalf.
  • We keep each club walled off at database level.
  • We keep what we ask for to a minimum: a nickname, a code, nothing else.
  • We delete the data of a club that leaves.

What we don't do

  • No ads, ever.
  • No selling, no sharing with third parties.
  • No ad tracking, no profiling.
  • No health data: no injuries, no medical certificates, no weight.

What people ask us

Is it really free?
Yes. The app is designed to fit within its host's free tiers: there are no costs to cover, so no bill to send. If that ever had to change, it would be announced in advance, and your data would remain exportable.
Who sees what?
A player sees their own sessions, the team feed and the team chat. The coach also sees all their players' sessions. Nobody sees another club: the separation is enforced by the database itself, not just by what's displayed.
What about under-18 players?
The club remains responsible for its players' data. By creating the club, you undertake to inform your players — and the parents of minors — of how it is used. We don't ask for surnames, dates of birth or addresses.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser, on phones and computers alike. You can add the app to your phone's home screen if you'd rather open it with one tap, but you don't have to.
Can I get my club's data back?
Yes. The training programme can be imported and exported as CSV, and you can ask for the club's data to be deleted in full at any time.
